    I’ve done Bellies and Barbells, Babies and Barbells, and small group training with Coach Sam, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough for pregnancy and postpartum fitness. She creates such a welcoming, supportive environment and really helps you feel strong, confident, and capable through all the changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum. Bellies and Barbells was exactly what I needed during my second trimester, and Babies and Barbells has made getting back into movement postpartum feel so much more manageable and positive.
