Pregnancy and postpartum fitness is often presented as black or white: either a long list of things you shouldn't do, or endless encouragement to keep doing everything exactly as you did before. The reality lies somewhere in between.

At The Mom Movement, we believe women deserve evidence-informed guidance that respects both the strength of their bodies and the unique demands of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Our classes are designed to help you build confidence, understand your body, and make informed decisions about movement—without fear, guilt, or unnecessary limitations.

Because motherhood isn't one-size-fits-all, and your fitness journey shouldn't be either.

  • A strength and conditioning class designed specifically for intermediate to advanced postpartum moms ready to train with intention.

    This class is for you if:

    • You’re looking for a challenging class that respects your core + pelvic floor while pushing your limits.

    • You’ve graduated from Babies & Barbells and are ready for your next level

    • You’re back to work but still want to lift heavy and train alongside strong, like-minded moms

    Expect intentional warm-ups, progressive strength work, and smart conditioning. This class has a strong emphasis on posterior chain development and deep core integration.

    *60 minute class (Mommy Only Class)

  • A lower-impact, strength class designed to help build real, lasting strength (that helps counteract the movement tendencies of parenthood) without the intensity of conditioning.

    This class is for you if:

    • You want to focus on getting stronger with more intention and less rush

    • You’re not quite ready for high-impact or conditioning-based classes

    • You’re managing symptoms (core, pelvic floor, fatigue) and need a smarter way to train

    • You want to feel confident with barbells, dumbbells, and foundational lifts.

    Expect slower-paced sessions with longer rest periods, progressive strength work, and hands-on coaching throughout.

  • A high-energy, partner-style workout that includes strength and conditioning designed to bring your whole crew together—partners, kids, and all.

    This class is for you if:

    • You want to train with your partner instead of fitting workouts around each other

    • You need a space where kids are not just welcome—but part of the environment

    • You love the energy of team workouts and shared effort.

    Expect fun, challenging partner workouts that combine strength and conditioning, with built-in opportunities to work together, switch off, and support each other.

  • A mobility-focused class designed to help moms move better, reduce aches and pains, and build a body that feels strong, supported, and capable.

    This class is for you if:

    • You’re dealing with tight hips, stiff shoulders, or a constantly achy back

    • You want to improve how you move in your lifts and daily life

    • You know you should be working on mobility—but don’t know where to start

    Expect targeted mobility work, controlled strength through end ranges, and core + breath integration that actually carries over into your training.

    We focus on the areas moms need it most—hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, and core—so you can move more efficiently, lift better, and feel stronger in your body.

    *30 minute class (Partners Welcome)

  • A drop-in strength class designed for dads, non-birth partners, and caregivers who want to feel strong, capable, and energized for the demands of family life.

    We focus on practical full-body strength, conditioning, and mobility so you can keep up with the physical realities of fatherhood — without aches, burnout, or injury.

    Whether you’re new to training or getting back into it, this class meets you where you’re at.

  • A 6 week progressive series for postpartum mamas!

    A postpartum strength class designed to help you safely return to movement—with your baby by your side.

    This class is for you if:

    • You’re newly postpartum and ready to start rebuilding strength

    • You want guidance on how to train safely with your core and pelvic floor in mind

    • You don’t have childcare (and don’t want that to be a barrier to getting back to yourself)

    • You’re looking for a supportive, like-minded community of moms in the same season

    Expect intentional, coach-led sessions focused on breathwork, core and pelvic floor connection, and foundational strength progressions. You’ll learn how to move well again, build confidence in your body, and gradually reintroduce strength training in a way that feels safe and empowering. Babies are not only welcome—they’re part of the environment.

    *60 minute class, 12 classes total.

  • A 3-week prenatal strength and conditioning workshop designed to help you train for pregnancy — not around it.

    Each 90-minute Saturday session combines education, strength training, conditioning, and mobility work to help you move confidently through every trimester.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Breathe and manage pressure to better support your core and pelvic floor

    • Modify movements and lifts safely as your body changes

    • Reduce common pregnancy discomforts like pelvic pain, low back tension, and rib tightness

    • Build strength and foundations that support postpartum recovery

    Whether you’re new to training or looking to continue exercising safely during pregnancy, this workshop is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and informed every step of the way.

    *90 minute class, 3 Classes Total.
